Water Heater Installer / Trainee Technician

Atlantic Water Heaters is looking for a practical, reliable, and motivated Water Heater Installer / Trainee Technician to join its installation and servicing team in Malta on a part-time basis.

This position is suitable for someone who wants to develop practical technical skills while working flexible hours. Previous technical experience is an advantage, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with water heater installation and servicing work.
2. Carry out practical and manual technical tasks.
3. Support technicians during installation and service visits.
4. Provide professional and friendly customer service.
5. Use the company-provided 125cc motorbike for certain servicing jobs.
6. Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organised.
7. Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
8. Develop technical skills through training and hands-on experience.

Job Requirements

1. Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
2. Comfortable performing practical and manual work.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Good spoken English.
5. Knowledge of Maltese is an advantage.
6. Available to work on Saturdays when required.
7. Previous motorcycle or scooter riding experience.
8. Confident and responsible when riding a 125cc motorbike.
9. Valid motorcycle licence suitable for a 125cc motorbike.
10. Valid car driving licence.
11. Clean police conduct.
12. Currently residing in Malta.
13. Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
14. Previous technical experience is an advantage but is not essential.
