As the company's portfolio continues to expand, the team is seeking an architect to support and lead upcoming development projects.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be involved in architectural projects from the initial concept and design stages through to project completion. The role requires a professional who can ensure that architectural designs meet project objectives, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop and coordinate architectural designs according to project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Work closely with clients, project teams, contractors, and other professionals.
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure architectural solutions meet quality, functionality, and project objectives.
- Contribute to sustainable and efficient construction practices.
- Monitor project requirements throughout the development process.
Job Requirements
- Qualified and warranted architect.
- Previous experience in architectural or development projects.
- Good knowledge of architectural design and project coordination.
