Bar Manager Job in Malta – Premium Hospitality

TalentBoost360 is recruiting on behalf of its client for an experienced Bar Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium, high-volume venue in Malta.

This is an exciting Job in Malta for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong passion for premium service, beverage operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate and develop the bar team.
2. Ensure exceptional service and high beverage standards.
3. Manage stock, inventory, suppliers and beverage costs.
4. Prepare staff schedules and manage labour resources.
5. Drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing standards.
7. Create memorable experiences for every guest.

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bar Leader.
2. Experience in premium restaurants, hotels, luxury hospitality or a similar environment.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and bar operations.
5. Commercial awareness with experience in stock and cost control.
6. Fluent English.
7. Hands-on, proactive and customer-focused approach.
